Team Leads in Java/J2EE
Experience

Minimum 4 years development experience.

Job Description Will be responsible for leading mid sized teams. The broad areas of focus will be to design, implement and deliver solutions using J2EE n-tier architecture.
Candidate Profile

Indepth experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, Eclipse, JUnit, Hibernate, JavaScript, AJAX, Web Services, etc. Knowledge of Adobe Flex/AIR is desirable.Should have strong knowledge of data bases, especially MySQL.Indepth knowledge of Object oriented design techniques.Experience in product development teams would be plus.
